Puff Chicken--A Bee Favorite

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
1 egg
1pkg garlic cheese spread

Cook chicken in skillet or microwave.  Allow to cool. 
Roll out puff pastry to 12 inches square.  Cut into 4 equal portions.
Spread cheese onto each section.
Place chicken on top.
Fold pastry over chicken and pinch seams.
Brush pastry with egg to seal and place on baking sheet, seam down.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
